Clear, direct answers for patients and healthcare organizations using ClearPath GI.
For Patients
Yes. ClearPath GI is permanently free for all patients. With no premium tiers, trial periods, or upsells, our service is built entirely on the social mission of improving colonoscopy screening adherence and reducing colorectal cancer mortality. Your reminders will never be behind a paywall.
Your name, date of birth, phone number or email address, home ZIP code, and when your next colonoscopy is due (based on your doctor's recommended interval or specific timing). That is the complete list. We do not collect your insurance information, health records, Social Security number, diagnosis codes, or financial data.
Any adult who has had a colonoscopy or is due for screening. National guidelines recommend colorectal cancer screening begin at age 45 for average-risk adults (see the American College of Gastroenterology Guidelines and US Preventive Services Task Force Guidelines). People with a family history of colorectal cancer, prior advanced polyps, or other risk factors may start earlier — follow your doctor's guidance on your specific interval.
Organizations cannot see your name, phone number, email, date of birth, or other identifiers through their patient tools unless you explicitly opt in to share with them. Outreach reporting may show high-level enrollment counts for ZIPs or service areas they purchase, without listing people who have not opted in. You choose when to share contact details from your dashboard — there is no passive or default opt-in.
You receive SMS, email, or both — whichever you chose at enrollment. You pick which months to be nudged before your due date: up to 12, 9, 6, 3, and 1 month before, plus a reminder at your due month (up to six touches per screening cycle). Defaults apply if you do not change them. The SMS reminder includes a secure one-time link that opens your dashboard directly. You can update your reminder preferences from your dashboard at any time.
Log in to your dashboard at any time and update when your next colonoscopy is due. Your new reminder schedule recalculates immediately. You can log in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email — no password.
No. ClearPath GI works on any browser — phone, tablet, or desktop. There is no app to download and no account password to create. The SMS reminder deep-links you directly to your dashboard with one tap.
Log in to your dashboard → Account Settings → Delete Account. When you delete your data, your account is removed immediately and organizations can no longer access your information through ClearPath GI. We retain a limited regulatory archive for the period described in our Notice of Privacy Practices; after that period, your data is permanently deleted.
No. ClearPath GI is a reminder service. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide clinical care of any kind. We do not access electronic health records. We send reminders based on information you provide and help you find local participating organizations when you're ready to book. Clinical decisions belong to you and your physician.
For Organizations
US-based healthcare entities that perform or coordinate colonoscopy procedures: gastroenterology practices, GI surgery centers, multi-specialty groups, hospital systems, federally qualified health centers, and primary care practices with GI referral relationships. A valid Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before organization access to patient-related platform features.
Organizations with an active Care Outreach contract see patients who have opted in to share data for scheduling help and whose ZIP or city falls in the geography you purchased. For those patients, the dashboard shows name, phone, colonoscopy due date, and outreach status (for example, whether your team marked them as contacted). Enrollment totals for your subscribed ZIPs or service areas can also appear on billing documents. Patients who have not opted in are not listed individually; organizations do not see their contact details.
Only after a patient explicitly opts in to contact by your organization from their dashboard. That opt-in is documented, timestamped, and audit-logged. Patients can revoke consent at any time. You receive the patient's name, phone number, and colonoscopy due-date window — and only for the specific patients who consented to your organization.
ClearPath GI does not integrate with EMR or scheduling systems — that is intentional. Patient contact information that you receive from opted-in patients can be entered into your existing intake workflow manually. We do not plan to offer EMR integration.
Request a demo at /contact. We will walk you through the dashboard, show you enrolled patient counts in your ZIPs, answer compliance questions, and provide a BAA for your legal review upon request before any commitment.
Patients enroll through the public enrollment page. Printable flyer and business card templates are on Patient handouts— add your practice logo, choose a layout, and print or save as PDF.
