You self-enroll in two minutes at clearpathgi.com/enroll. You enter your name, date of birth, home ZIP code, mobile phone, and when your next colonoscopy is due. ClearPath GI is a standalone reminder service—we never access your EMR or insurance details.
Set your reminders
ClearPath GI sends SMS and/or email reminders when your next colonoscopy is due, based strictly on the interval your doctor recommended. You decide when you want to be reminded. We do not determine your interval; we deliver the reminders you configure.
Clinic Connect
When your due window arrives, you can voluntarily opt in to share your contact details with participating local GI Clinics in your area to coordinate scheduling. This connection is completely optional, reversible at any time, and requires your explicit consent.
