Billing details
How is ZIP tier (Silver / Gold / Platinum) determined?
Each ZIP is assigned Silver, Gold, or Platinum based on how enrolled patient demand in that ZIP compares to other ZIPs in your state. That band sets your price for the ZIP — product access and features are the same on every tier. Your band may change at renewal as enrollment patterns shift.
Can I purchase multiple ZIPs at different tiers?
Yes. Each ZIP is subscribed and billed independently. One ZIP might be in the Silver pricing band while another is Gold, depending on relative demand density at purchase or renewal.
Can multiple organizations buy the same ZIP?
Yes. ZIP subscriptions are non-exclusive. Patient choice determines who receives contact opt-ins.
How is billing handled?
All billing is processed via Stripe. Monthly and annual billing options are available — annual subscriptions are discounted. Invoices are issued automatically. No long-term contracts.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any active ZIP subscription from your organization billing settings. Access ends at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees. Patient data you previously received under consent is subject to your organization's HIPAA data retention obligations.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no onboarding fee, implementation fee, or contract minimum. You pay only for active ZIP subscriptions.
